- MLK Celebration at Taylor Memorial UMC. Monday, January 19, 1:00 - 3:00. Featured speaker - Connie Rice, Civil Rights Activist, Lawyer, and Author
- Laity Sunday. Sunday, January 25 featuring inspiring reflections from our certified Lay Ministers.
- AIF. Wednesday, January 28 at 2:30. Volunteers needed to share in a time of discipleship with children from the Homework Club.
- KIPP King Interact Club will be hosting a benefit dinner on February 21st at CCUMC. To make it successful, we will need some helping hands and some donations. Connect with Jeffrey Lu and look in the social hall to see the donation sign up sheet.

- February 15, Sunday: Parallel worship at 10:30 a.m. Please bring a dish to share at our potluck lunch celebrating the Lunar New Year following worship
- February 18, Ash Wednesday Service, 7:00 p.m.
- February 22 - March 22, Sundays: Lenten Worship followed by reflections shared over a simple meal of Soup and Bread.
- March 29, Palm Sunday
- April 3, Ecumenical Good Friday Service, 2:00 pm, location TBA
